Danny was my listing agent for the sale of my Condo in 2021. The condo needed some work before listing, and I was living two hours away. Danny really went above and beyond, helping find and oversee contractors to perform the work, buying materials, even helping remove some leftover furniture. Was very knowledgeable of the process and the local market. Made good suggestions on work to prep the condo for listing but was mindful of budget. Fortunately for us, the home turned out better than we could have ever hoped for with renovations, upgrades, and major items already replaced such as new roof, new HVACs, new garage reno, hardwood flooring throughout the entire home, etc. Literally, the only thing our home inspection revealed was a loose brick.
